Words of praise from a client's daughter: Mom moved to a care facility in Mason City. I go quite frequently to visit, but cannot always get over there everyday. I know Vern as a friend and did not hesitate to ask him if he would be interested taking Mom to the YMCA therapy pool. Vern is caring and compassionate to the people he helps. He follows up with me each time to let me know how things go, and I truly appreciate that. She enjoys it and looks forward to it on Tuesdays. Vern is easy to work with and will do as much or little as you would like.
